Soft-Lite™ Vinyl (Standard)

The highest quality "lead free" PVC vinyl available today.  It exceeds our demanding performance specifications, retaining all of its characteristics throughout a lifetime of damaging ultra-violet rays and all weather conditions.  It also resists dirt build-up and is easy to clean.  Even grease and permanent marker can be cleaned off without damage to the vinyl.  (Standard on all windows).

"Warm Edge" (Intercept) Spacer Technology

Makes a great window even better.  Our standard product offering uses a specially designed one-piece steel spacer to separate the glass lites.  This unique U-shaped spacer allows for expansion and contraction caused by temperature changes.  Because the spacer is designed to flex, the glass unit resists sealant deterioration and that means a longer seal life than ever before possible.  In addition, because the "Warm Edge" (Intercept) spacer technology is so thermally efficient, it keeps the perimeter areas of the window glass warmer, drastically reducing condensation on the inside of the window.

Comfort Foam™ (Optional)

An energy efficient fill that's government approved and environmentally friendly.  Injected into the sash and mainframe, Comfort Foam™ prevents heat/cold from transferring through the frame.  It provides further insulation of the window just like the insulation in the walls and attic of your home.  It also strengthens the frame and reduces outside noise infiltration. 

Silver-Lite™ Low-E Coating. (Optional)

For windows as smart as the people who buy them.  Silver-Lite™ Low-E coating is the most advanced Low-E coating available today.  It is a multi-layered coating applied to the glass using an advanced process called "Vacuum coating." 

In warm climates, Silver-Lite™ Low-E automatically keeps the heat out and cool air in. 

In cold climates, it keeps the heat in and the bitter cold out.

• Triple glass with two panes of Low-E coating and one pane of clear glass with Argon fill.

• Sealed with "Warm Edge" (Intercept) spacer technology to reduce condensation.

• Reduces outside noise and fabric fading.

• Keeps room comfortable all year round.
  Provides an R-Factor of 5.9.
